From colleagues to clients to vendors, "Creating a Culture of Excellence" becomes a step-by-step approach (by example) to building and retaining intellectual capital within and around the organization. As you'll read, the concepts Wil presents begin to merge managing a business successfully with living successfully.
This book is a GREAT read, and will most definitely cause you to stop and think or re-think the way a successful organization should be --- "from the top down". Highly recommended for ANYONE to read.
