(More customer reviews)Personally I believe Twitter could be the most important thing that has happened to the Internet since Google came on the scene. This great little book demonstrates how the business community should embrace the service and perhaps even more importantly how not to. With real life examples of how businesses are using twitter to interact with their customers, prospects, business partners and in some cases (Dell) turnover a tidy sum of cash through the service - this is a great source of information for business who know they should be on twitter but just don't get it yet.

There are not many really useful business tools that can lay claim to being 100% free. Twitter does, however, and while the opportunities it presents aren't really obvious at first glance, they're still manifold. Business users are learning new ways to turn Twitter to their advantage each and every day. Surprisingly, one of the best uses of Twitter is to add some human personality to you, your brand, and your company. One of the worst uses?
