(More customer reviews)I have read several business related books which have been a waste of my time. However, this book is clear, concise, and very easy to apply to daily work. It helps you by giving a defined process and also addresses the "what ifs" associated with many aspects of managing a project. I found the book easy to read and hard to put down. I found myself say "so thats why I have a hard time of accomplishing a certain phase of the project". Almost all of my questions were addressed....and answered in this book. It's a definite "must read" for new project managers.
