WORKPLACE EVOLUTION
Common Sense for Uncommon Times
Gayle A. Gregory"Once we drop from fear's influence, a world of new possibilities emerges."
"Acknowledging fear doesn't make us weak; it makes us strong when we turn and face it." Gayle has done a great job of describing fears as nothing more than universal myths. Once you understand how fear operates, you will be able to spot these limiting beliefs and replace them with positive, sustainable possibilities.
"Think what good we will do in our world with real-time inside information." Gayle states with clarity, "The quieter our minds become - the fewer fears and limiting beliefs - the greater the flow of ideas." This flow of ideas will open up new avenues for growth and awareness to create a more complete answer.
"Workplace Evolution" is a bridge to evolutionary positive choices that will assist individuals, groups, and organizations in the creation of a sustainable future at the individual and global level. The greatness expressed within these pages brings reality to a conscious level bigger than ourselves.
Gayle has done a fantastic job at assimilating the "here and now" in a little over a 100 pages. The chapters are short, easy to read and understand. Each chapter has actual factual data with real life stories along with mind stimulating questions to assist in your evolution!
When you pick up this book, understand that the world's future is in your hands!!!

"Manager's Desktop Consultant" is a rare treat. Just a peek of the contents will have you turning pages, dog-earing more than a few, and wondering how to shrink this "it's about the people" survival guide to fit into one's back pocket or carry-all. Managing and Leading Change.
Building Collaboration and Teamwork
Managing Performance Issues
Managing Conflict
Dealing with Organization Politics
Establishing Yourself as a New Leader

Scenarios and examples abound. Kusy and Louellen even provide worksheets and templates to self-start your own people initiatives. Anyone who's leading, growing, changing their organization needs to grab a copy, read cover-to-cover, and then keep in plain sight. You'll be amazed how often you'll find yourself flipping the pages for tips and review. On the applicability scale, it's an easy ten!

Lean For Dummies Review

Lean For Dummies
Average Reviews:

In the 25 years that I have spent in the manufacturing industry I have read several books on lean and none approach the practical and yet thorough rendition of this intricate and multidimensional concept. It flows in a most logical way and offers the reader salient applications of the concepts while provoking ones own thoughts and ideas. In many ways its style is reminiscent of Deming, in Out of Chaos where the transformation of the enterprise is not some ethereal act of consultants but the dedicated efforts of an enlightened and energized workforce who lives manufacturing day in and day out. Fundamental concepts are clear, excellently explained and highly organized. Lean for Dummies is obviously written by two individuals with truly empirical hands on manufacturing experience for people who vitally desire needed improvements in our hyper competitive world..I am personally so very glad to have this new and refreshing powerful book for use in our business...ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT,INNOVATIVE, AND ENLIGHTENING... WE SHALL USE IT IN OUR FORTUNE 25 FIRM !!! WE STRONGLY SUGGEST A VERSION IN SPANISH AND LOOK FORWARD TO ITS PUBLICATION!
Thank you -
