This book is designed to help readers do just that. It has a series of case studies, and of personal assessment questions. By reviewing your own profile and workign the case studies you learn about leadership and about yourself. As you learn about yourself, you learn more about the people around you. With this learning comes a better understanding of improving not only performance but the lives of your employees, your family, and yourself.
The book is fairly short, easy to read, and filled with stories and anecdotes that have real meaning. Highly recommended.
