The use of the Enneagram is clear and concise without making it the focus.
I love it...makes me feel good about my leadership skills and highlighted some that I can address...As I go into a Fortune Five Hundred company tomorrow for a 4 hour meeting I will have a few new tricks and Bart Wendell to thank!
A must read for all leaders and for those interested in the Enneagram!
