After reading this book I have started using it as a guide for my new agent training. The author has a great way of making complex real estate terms and strategies interesting and easy to understand. The stories keep the pages turning in being both educational and entertaining. Cant wait for the next one!

The author has owned apartment houses, motels, hotels, commercial buildings for fast food businesses, professional offices, printing presses and chocolate factories. How he negotiated the best deals from disinterested sellers to people willing to hold purchase money mortgages is revealed in these pages. This is not a get rich quick book, but a sharing of experiences that worked for him over the years.
