(More customer reviews)There are so many things that come with owning a new home. Sometimes you might not know which questions to ask until you have a problem on your hands. This book walks new homeowners through house maintenance, insurance, taxes, and fix-it jobs with easy to understand instructions and illustrations. We bought this book for my sister-in-law for her first home, but liked it so much we turned around and bought another copy for ourselves. We have been in our home two years and are still learning things like pouring bleach down the tubes of your AC/Furnace. It keeps the pipes from clogging and causing thousands of dollars of damage to your home (we know that NOW). So anyway...if you or someone you know is a new homeowner, get this!!!
