The Beermat Entrepreneur: Turn Your Good Idea into a Great Business Review

(More customer reviews)I picked up this book in the airport bookstore in Dublin while awaiting a flight back to the USA. I was impressed by the real world explanations and advice that the authors spell out for entrepreneurs who are looking to grow their business.
I loved the title (even though as a yankee I call that thing under my beer a coaster), but because of the title I expected more tips on cultivating an idea...and not as much about the growth management of a business. Although, the book is still a good read for anyone wanting to found a company.
