This guy is specific and clear- not the usual bunch of near-useless theory, but practical experience you can put to use immediately. He walks you through his own experiences, and you're bound to see yourself in the pages, and even better- you'll learn how he successfully resolved the situation. This book will also give you the surprising history of JIT, the philosophy of true quality management, and the means to implement them.
