I can tell you that this no nonsense and easily manageable system does in fact work. By using the practical and doable techniques that Monroe has outlined in detail, I have been more successful finding the time to accomplish my goals, aka "strives", than I had ever thought possible.
I highly recommend "Time Zen" to anyone looking to find the time to accomplish anything!
