It provides an overview of Mr. Westheimer's lengthy history as a stock broker, and gives sensible advice about investing geared toward the novice investor. I highly recommend this book for anyone new to investing, it provides some great advice for cautious "smart" investing. It's an easy read that won't dissapoint.
