It is an amazingly insightful handbook that walks you through a process that helps you not only to discover your own purpose, but also to understand the principles that are the very foundations of living a life of integrity and compassion. The examples are inspiring and relevant. It is packed full of gems of wisdom. The only difficulty is the concepts are so rich, and the author explains them so simply, it might be difficult for readers to grasp the scope of the change that can take place by following the principles set out.
