LEAN DOCTORS distills Lean concepts and principles into practical steps that will "work" in the health care setting. If your looking for a very good MAP that will provide direction to increased patient flow, and staff and customer satisfaction this is a must read - we are using it as the guide in our OR's and in a high volume outpatient clinic.
