(More customer reviews)I bought two of these for Christmas gifts for two daughters - one right out of law school, the other looking to change jobs. Both were challenged by having to start with their values and belief systems (not anything the school career placement offices ever had them do!) But it works. They are more focused, optimistic and are equipped with resumes and and an action plan that make them stand out in the crowd. So far one has gotten that new job and the other is still looking. But the emotional roller coaster has been tamed and they are both better women for the insight they gained into themselves. Pass it on to other parents trying to help kids make a start in this crazy economy!
