(More customer reviews)This book was so easy to follow. It gave easy to follow directions. It was very thorough. It gave great examples. I have all the One Step Books. Do you have one for understanding email and internet? PLEASE HELP! I am working from a book called "creating web sites" that has numerous errors. It leaves out instructions. I don't know how a publisher can put this book on the market.
